We do selfcheckin so the guest have to send us a photo of identity card ( or passport or driving licence ) and we send a code to enter in apartament, the guest can enter with code from 11:00 AM the arrival day untile 2:00 AM next day. The apartament is cleaned everyday from 14:00 to 16:00 ( if the guest arrive in the moorning the room is not yet done but the guest can put luggage in the room and close with the key , take the key and start the visit of Milan ) , the check out the day of departure is before 11:00 AM. The photo for selfcheckin of identity card or passport or driving licence can be send in whatsapp +393454283073 or in the chat of Booking/Airbnb reservation. When we receive the photo we send to the guest :

1. the code to enter
2. the receipt of privacy UE GDPR for the photo
3. the document how arrive to apartament
